The magnificent cities of Draguignan, Fréjus, Saint-Raphael, Cannes, Nice, Antibes. Menton and Monte-Carlo are more than worth visiting. In terms of nature a trip to Massif des Maures is definitely recommended. Shops can be found in Sainte-Maxime. A supermarket can be found in Sainte-Maxime. Restaurants can be found in Sainte-Maxime. In this region you can go walking and cycling to your heartès content. Golf course is 2 km away, in Sainte-Maxime.

This Mediterranean semi-detached house, separated from its neighbour by a garage, is located in a quiet district at the edge of the charming beach resort of Sainte-Maxime about 800 metres from the sea. The house is built on a hillside, so the garden is a level below. There is also a little enclosed garden with a private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) and jacuzzi at your disposal. The beach town of Sainte-Maxime is situated on the north side of the Bay of Saint-Tropez and is protected from the mistral winds by forested hills. Among other things, Sainte-Maxime's charm comes from its delightful marina, its lovely park and its marvellous boulevard with palm trees and little restaurants, boutiques and cafes. The cosmopolitan beach resort of Saint-Tropez is just 12 km away. Golfers can hit the green at the 18-hole course located 3 km away. There are also plenty of options for all sorts of water sport activities.

There are multiple tennis courts on the property, and a swimming pool with kids pool. The lovely beach of La Nartelle is located at the foot of the hill only a few kilometres away. Restaurants ant the Mediterranean lifestyle are found in Sainte Maxime, with its port and centre, where there is always something going on. Would you rather get out and about? Then experience one of the many golf courses in the area. Or take a walk through the unique and natural Esterel Mountains! In the surrounding area there are various towns such as St. Raphael, Nice and cosmopolitan Cannes. And how about a water taxi trip to nearby St. Tropez to be enveloped by the luxury of the Côte d'Azur.

Beautiful, well-kept holiday home with enclosed garden, a large communal swimming pool and tennis courts. The holiday home is located on the beautiful 18-hole golf course of Sainte-Maxime. From your holiday home you have a beautiful view of the hills of Sainte-Maxime and in the distance that beautiful blue Mediterranean sea. Within 10 minutes you are in the charming resort of Sainte-Maxime and at the beautiful, wide sandy beaches of La Nartelle. Sainte-Maxime is a beautiful, lively resort with many shops, cafes and restaurants. It is wonderful to stroll here (with or without ice cream!) on the boulevard along the marina and past the terraces. For the children, a trip with the aquascope (an underwater boat) is a great experience. Or a day at the water park and tree climbing park in Sainte-Maxime. There are so many possible day trips here! On Tuesdays the market in Saint-Tropez is a must to visit. It is busy and there is a lot to see. Tip: Saint-Tropez is about 12 km away and can be reached within 20 minutes via a nice boat trip by ferry (in summer you would prefer to avoid the busy coastal road towards Saint-Tropez)!

Saint-Tropez can be reached within 20 minutes by means of a nice trip with the ferry (in the summer you would do best to avoid the busy coastal road towards Saint-Tropez)! There is a second house on the site. This house is uninhabited during the rental (except in the period 18 - 25/8, then the owner's son is staying in this house, and the villa is then available at a reduced rate).
