There is a parking available. Although there are many great trips to undertake, using your car is absolutely not necessary because all facilities and even the railway station is on a walking distance. By using the train you get very easy in Nice, Cannes and even Monaco. During the whole year you can enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere and culture and experience the real French “savoir vivre”

Beautiful, spacious villa with panoramic views across the Mediterranean. From the large overflow swimming pool you can see the spectacular red rocks of the Esterel mountains as well as the azure blue Mediterranean. The villa is located 700m from the beach and the attractive seaside resort of Anthéor. The house is built on a hillside and the garden incorporates several different levels and terraces. Anthéor is a lovely village with a few good restaurants and a beautiful, sandy beach with a gentle slope into the sea (perfect for young children!). The seaside resorts of Anthéor and Agay are located in between Cannes and Saint-Tropez, making it a perfect base for exploring the Côte d'Azur coast! You can get on the train to Cannes at 5 minutes from the villa. The journey will give you the opportunity to enjoy the stunning scenery of the Côte d'Azur.
