The villa has a well-maintained private 3000 m2 garden bordered by trees, which is great for lounging by the attractive private swimming pool (12 x 5 m) or enjoying the beautiful view from the pleasant terrace. Just a 10-minute drive will bring you to the old centre of Nice, a labyrinth of narrow lanes, picturesque stairways, squares with colourful facades, little churches, shops, museums and inviting little restaurants. Stroll the lively boulevard (Promenade des Anglais), grab a seat at a pleasant outdoor cafe or enjoy a delicious dinner at one of the many restaurants. The beach resort of Cannes, known for its world-famous film festival, is 20 km from Nice. There are many other lovely beach towns in the area, such as Juan-les-Pins and Antibes. The picturesque inland villages, such as Saint Paul de Vence, Eze and the perfume town of Grasse, are also well worth a visit. The principality of Monaco, located 30 km from Nice, is another great destination.
