Kinsale is a modern semi-detached weatherboard town house situated in the coastal town of Broadstairs and can sleep ten people in one ground floor double with shower, basin and WC, two second floor doubles (one with en-suite) and a third floor family room. There is also a family bathroom on the second floor. The rest of the cottage contains a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Parking is limited to either one large or two small vehicles. Additional parking at the pay and display car park next door charged at ﾣ4 per day. Secure bike storage and an enclosed lawned garden with decked terrace with furniture and an additional patio area. The beach is within walking distance and there are museums, historic houses and shops to explore, making Kinsale an excellent seaside family base.

Redwood is a fabulous, detached property located close to the heart of Broadstairs and within a minute walk of Stone Bay, and can sleep eight people. This cottage has a super king-size double bedroom, a ground floor king-size double bedroom, one upstairs twin ( two adult single beds), one ground floor twin ( two single beds), a wet room with basin and WC, a ground floor bathroom, a separate, ground floor WC, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen with dining area, a utility, a sitting room with an electric fire and a children's playroom. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a fully-enclosed, lawned garden with patio/decked area, furniture and a barbecue. Redwood is a lovely base for your holiday.
