For those who like the great outdoors Biddenden offers some great local walks which can be finished with a stop at the local pub for a spot of refreshment. Enter the cottage through the front door which which is undercover with a space for leaving outdoor footwear. The door opens into the light and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with vaulted ceiling and oak beam features. The lounge area has two comfy sofas and a TV with DVD player. There is table suitable for four people to dine at and a beautiful dresser which holds a selection of board games and books. The kitchen area has all the equipment you would expect including an electric oven and gas hob dishwasher microwave fridge/freezer and a breakfast bar - perfect for a morning cup of coffee. There are two bedrooms leading off either end of the open plan main room. Both bedrooms have zip-and-link super king-size beds that can be made into twin beds on request. The master first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room with walk in shower and WC. The cottage has underfloor heating throughout. French windows in the lounge lead out to a secluded courtyard area with a patio table and 4 chairs. By arrangement there is access to the owner s laundry room with a washing machine and indoor and outdoor drying facilities. There is private garage parking for one car (additional car parking by arrangement with the owner) and bicycle storage.
