The property is perfectly located along Hotson Road, just steps from the gorgeous sandy beach adorned with colourful beach huts, and of course the idyllic High Street, the perfect spot to enjoy the array of cafes, restaurants and shops on offer. Broadside Cottage offers single-storey accommodation, with a tranquil sitting room, kitchen/diner, two bedrooms and family bathroom. Outside is an exceptionally spacious garden, with raised decking area accessible from the kitchen.

This family property is a picture perfect building with private courtyard garden. The property has a sitting room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor along with two spacious bedrooms. Sitting room Located at the front of the property, with gorgeous sea views . This comfortable homey sitting room is the ideal place to sit back and relax after a long day exploring. There is a two seater sofa, two armchairs and an array of side tables. There is a 40'' TV connected to Free Sat and a Roku device with all of the smart capabilities. Bathroom Located at the rear of the property, this spacious bathroom features a bath with handheld shower, separate shower cubical, Wash basin and WC. There is a cupboard within the bathroom which houses the boiler and washing machine. First Floor Partial steep stairs that are carpeted lead up to a small landing, with the double bedroom to the right, and twin bedroom to your left. Double Bedroom This bright and spacious room, with stunning brick feature wall is a tranquil area to enjoy. There is is a metal frame double bed, with bedside tables and decorative lights. Courtyard Garden Cobblers Cottage benefits from a beautiful enclosed courtyard garden, with metal table and five chairs, perfect for dining alfresco. Whilst the property doesn't have allocated parking, there is on road parking available along Trinity Street and neighbouring roads. Short term parking can be found in-front of the property.

Parsley Cottage has undergone a complete refurbishment to create a stylish holiday let for all to enjoy, with each room carefully decorated and furnished to provide a luxurious space to enjoy whilst taking in all that Southwold has to offer. Guests are warmly welcomed into the living room, leading through to the quaint dining room with a kitchen and bathroom beyond. Two charming bedrooms sit on the first floor with a large king overlooking the green and twin at the back. Ground Floor Wooden and stone flooring run throughout the ground floor, which consists of living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Sitting Room This cosy yet stylish room is the heart of the home. There is a luxurious Laura Ashley two-seater sofa and two arm chairs, with a gorgeous flame effect fire to sit and enjoy. There is a a 42'' wall mounted SMART TV with freeview for your entertainment. Dining Room Centred between the sitting room and kitchen, this wonderful space has a dining table with four chairs, for you to sit and enjoy those culinary delights. The room has a flame effect fire to create a cosy atmosphere, with additional heat provided through the stylish cast iron radiators. Kitchen A gorgeous cream kitchen with black granite worktops is currently being installed to create the perfect space to cook up a storm. Light streams through the large window, complete with shutter blinds. There will be an integrated fridge with icebox freezer, electric oven with four ring induction hob and slim-line dishwasher. The cupboards are filled with beautiful Emma Bridgewater crockery for you to be able to enjoy that well deserved cup of tea and slice of cake in stylish fashion. Shower Room Sitting privately at the rear of the property feature a shower cubical, wash basin and WC. Natural light fills this room through the large window. First Floor Wooden steps, typically steep for a period cottage, rise from the dining room to the landing with both bedrooms opening from here. Master Bedroom A sunny room, overlooking East Green, where you can catch a glimpse of the sea. There’s a king-size bed with bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and attractive feature fireplace. Twin Bedroom Sitting quietly at the back of the cottage this twin room has bedside drawers and chest of drawers. Outside Parsley Cottage sits just a few yards from the beach and has its own small seating area at the front complete with white picket fence, furnished with a bistro table and chairs, where you can sit and watch the world go by. There’s unrestricted parking directly outside the cottage or guests can usually find a parking spot in one of the nearby streets. The Smokehouse Cottage is an charming pet-friendly cottage in the heart of Southwold, nestled away from the main road and steps from the vibrant high street and sandy beach. The property is compact and quirky with part of it dating back to the 19th Century when it was customary for many households to smoke their fish here. The property is ideal for couples or small families to use for a coastal get away, with the addition of a private courtyard garden. On the ground floor the property has a spacious open plan living/dining room, leading through to the kitchen. Wooden carpeted stairs lead you up to the master bedroom, with the second bedroom and bathroom. Ground Floor Wood-effect vinyl flooring leads throughout the property. Sitting/Dining Area This area has been newly refurbished to create the most relaxing space to enjoy. Within the sitting area there is a two seater sofa and two arms chairs to sit back a relax on, with a Smart TV including Netflix provided for your entertainment. There is also USB charging points. The room has been decorated in soothing tones, with subtle nautical touches, with the addition of a panelled wall with an electric flame effect fire and striking spotlights creating a wonderful feature wall. In the dining area there is a spacious wooden table with four dining chairs, perfect for enjoying those culinary delights you have whipped up in the kitchen. From the dining room a stable door leads out onto the courtyard garden at the rear of the property. There is a cupboard under the stairs, you won't find Harry Potter in there but you will find useful household bits including an iron /ironing board, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner and cushions for the garden furniture. Kitchen Wonderfully laid out to make the most of the space. This long kitchen is well equipped with a single electric oven with four ring induction hob, fridge with icebox freezer, slim-line dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. In addition, there is a washing machine located in the family bathroom. First Floor Wooden carpeted stairs lead up to the first floor, entering directly into the master bedroom. Bedroom 1 With a glimpse of the Lighthouse, this stunning room has carefully decorated to create a tranquil space. There is a wooden double bed with panelled feature wall behind, with two bedside tables wth drawers and two bedside reading lights above. This room has a storage cupboard with hanging space for your belongings. Bedroom 2 Accessed through bedroom 1, this room is ideal for children 10 years and under to enjoy, with 2''6 bunk beds. Family Bathroom Located through bedroom 2, this spacious family bathroom has a P-shape bath with over head shower and glass screen. There is a WC, wash basin with mirror and light above, shaving point and heated towel rail. Storage is provided in the vanity units, there is also a washing machine located in the cupboard for guests use. Outside To the rear of the property is a private courtyard garden surrounded by a mixture of brick and pebbled walls complete with courtesy lighting. There is a circular table with four chairs, perfect for dining alfresco. There courtyard has been decorated with an array of beautiful plants and convivial, cosy atmosphere. The property unfortunately doesn't have any allocated parking, however parking can be found on near by roads.
