The Villa is comfortable, complete and cosy, but the most beautiful part of this Villa is the panoramic view over the wide area with the picturesque village with its blue dome. When you are sitting on the terrace, the mountains are visible in the distance. You'll never get tired of the view. The lovely private swimming pool is located, as are the terraces, a level lower than the living room and the bedrooms. With a very spacious garage and relaxation room, as well as a safe! We've been visiting this area for years. Benitachell is a famous place for Belvilla. We love this location because it is the perfect base for visiting the most beautiful areas a short distance away. This villa is situated in a quiet villa neighborhood with a wonderful view of Javea's "elephant mountain". This is the Montgo mountain and resembles an elephant's eye and trunk that reaches the sea. A trip on the "trunk" to Denia is also recommended. There are several beaches within a very short drive of the villa. Within 15 minutes you are on the beaches of Javea, Moraira and the Cumbre del Sol. Benitachell is known as a quiet and pleasant place to stay. It has no high rise buildings or major tourist sites.

This spacious, luxurious villa accommodates up to 10 people and boasts a peaceful, private, south-facing location in Moraira. The most beautiful beach in the area, El Portret, is only a two-minute drive from the villa and the ride to the town centre is just four minutes. There are five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living rooms, a roof terrace with a stunning view, a fantastic swimming pool and plenty of space to take it all in and relax. We are a large family with four children. That is why we sought out a location which was easily accessible and offered plenty to do, while still being peaceful and safe. The area around Moraira surprised us. It is a spectacular, mountainous landscape with beautiful bays. Moraira is also a lively city with good restaurants and fun bars. Our house is situated in a quiet location and provides plenty of space. We have access to many of the activities that we enjoy: swimming in the sea, golfing, eating delicious food, mountain biking and hiking. At the moment, our life in the Netherlands is very busy. That makes coming here on holiday a particularly special treat. In a few years, we would like to be able to stay in Moraira for the long term. Until then, we hope that you enjoy our house and its surroundings as much as we have. The drive is wide and offers easy access for two cars. It can be closed off with a gate. The spacious garden is flat and boasts a great view of the sea and the green belt. The swimming pool is kidney shaped (3.5m x 8m) and 2m deep. Upon request, a childproof fence can be installed. The large garden boasts plenty of room for various seating areas, two large sunshades, loungers, two love seats and a large dining able with rattan chairs. There is also an outdoor shower and a barbecue area.

Once we had our first holiday in Moraira we knew we had found our perfect holiday place. Moraira has managed to hold onto its typical Spanish ways and traditions, yet totally unspoilt or built up. It offers a perfect holiday for every season. You can enjoy classy bars and restaurants to simple menus and casual evenings. The traditional Spanish festivals are amazing and to be here to be part of their historic events is very special. The house is very Spanish on a small urbanisation with a large pool at the end of the driveway. Traditional tiled flooring and wooden beams on the ceilings throughout with an open fire in the lounge. The house is on 2 levels with an iron ornate banister leading to the upstairs., it has a modern kitchen and bathroom. For the younger guests We have a travel cot, a folded sprung mattress bed, a pushchair, a high back car seat and a booster. There is the use of a full set of Taylor Made golf clubs, tempting for all you golfers as there are numerous courses within the surrounding area. There is parking at the front of the property, the gardens are mature and maintained weekly by our gardener, we have an orange and lemon tree ideal for you to use to compliment your evening drinks. We chose this location as it’s quiet and safe, yet only 5 minutes walk to Algas, bars and restaurants and the beach.

During the summer there are a number of "chiringuitos" (beach restaurants) with BBQ and live music in the evening. From the coast you can explore the winding roads through the vineyards and the campo with its fincas and casitas to the village of Benissa itself. During the trip you'll keep having a view of the sea, the cliffs and the palm trees.
