Wonderful house with a infinity pool located in a quiet urbanization of the village of Xabia, suitable for 10 persons.The outside of this house is wonderful. The house disposas of several furnished terraces overlooking the Bay of Javea, where you can relax, just having a coffee, reading a book, sunbathing on the two wicker loungers, or enjoying a nice barbecue enjoying the sunset. All the terraces lead to a large infinity chlorine pool which has the measures of 8x5 and a depth of 1,4 x 2,7m. There are a few neigbours around. The house of 3 floors has very spacious rooms which includes 5 bedrooms with large windows overlooking the pool and the sea, two badrooms an a toilet. The whole house has underfloor heating for the wintermonths. On the ground floor you will find the dining room, and aswell the very practical kitchen which is equipped with ceramic hob, and a toilet. On the floor -1 you will find a living room with a fireplace and a large sofá. Here you can find aswell the 5 bedrooms with a wardrope each and exit to the outside. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and the other three bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds each. We can also prepare a crib and a highchair for a baby..
