Beautiful very cosy semi detached house, located in a residential sidestreet and very quiet. The house is only 1.5 km from the sea and has a garden with BBQ and private parking spaces. With 4 bedrooms it can be very interesting for two families going on holiday together. It is modern, spacious, comfortable and well cared for in detail, for a relaxing holiday. not far located from the main shops and a small supermarket, both within walking distance. Cinquale is about 6 km from Marina di Massa and is a residential area full of houses with their well-tended gardens. It's more quiet then Marina di Massa and, given its proximity to Forte dei Marmi (only 3 km), it is more interesting.

Completely renovated house in the ancient village of San Terenzo Monti in the heart of Lunigiana. The house is a part of a beautiful antique ex-bishops palace in a small borgo (Mazzola) near Fivizzano, a beautiful Tuscan town in Lunigiana in northern Tuscany. The house has been perfectly restored with original materials. You reach the residence via a cortile (courtyard). Beautiful monumental stairway in arenarea (natural stone from the region). Spectacular view of the Apuan Alps. The garden is located on 2 levels with a private swimming pool on the highest level and a second terrace on a lower level, everything with a great deal of privacy. The Lunigiana district is the most northerly area of Tuscany surrounded by Emilia and Liguria. The area is dominated by the Valle di Magra, the Appenines and the Apuan Alps. It is a mountainous region with beautiful views. There are numerous towns, little villages ("borghi"), castles from Roman and Medieval ages. It is a land of chestnuts, mushrooms, wild boar and its own cuisine. The villa is on an estate in the beautiful and unspoilt Tuscan countryside south of Chianti, between the Crete Senesi and the Val d'Orcia. The ground floor of the villa is not used. It is a typical rustic and stone house. The villa has a courtyard where you can dine. A stone staircase leads to the hallway to enter villa. The decor is a combination of antique and modern. On the estate are several apartments, villas and guest rooms. There are two pools, a tennis court and a spa with Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and shower with aroma and color therapy. It is even possible to take a relaxing red wine bath. On the estate are several hiking trails. In the main villa is available a pool table and table tennis. The swimming pool is in a wonderful panoramic setting among the olive trees and has a picturesque view of Siena. The apartment is situated above a hill in the little village of Tolfe, just 3 km from Siena. The location in the heart of Tuscany means that coastal cities such as Florence, Arezzo, Pisa, Lucca and Perugia are just about an hour's drive away.
