There is also a reading area located at one end of the lounge with a bay window overlooking the garden. Exploring further you will find the attractive shaker-style kitchen/diner which has a delightful dining area and is fully equipped with an oven dishwasher washing machine microwave and fridge/freezer. There is also a ground-floor shower room complete with WC. Going upstairs you will find two cosy bedrooms. The village itself meanwhile is home to a chic hotel which is open to non-residents for meals throughout the day in its well-regarded restaurant specialising in locally sourced food. On arrival at this end of terraced cottage the first room that guests will come to is the kitchen/diner which has been finished in a characterful country-style very much in keeping with the cottage s location and offering a dining table which seats four alongside a good range of equipment which includes an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Moving through to the comfortable lounge with its two deep sofas which are just perfect for cosying up in the evenings and enjoying a film on the TV/DVD. Upstairs there are two bedrooms both of which offer beautiful views over the surrounding fields to wake up to. All of the town s shops restaurants and pubs are within strolling distance just a few hundred metres away making it easy to pop out at any time for lunch dinner or just coffee. The picturesque North Norfolk coastline lies just four miles away and offers everything from wide sandy beaches such as those at Holkham Bay and Wells-next-the-Sea to wildlife reserves and scenic seaside walks. This charming cottage has been given a lot of care and attention over the years with new carpet throughout for 2019 to create an attractive holiday retreat which has been simply yet elegantly finished throughout. The lounge for example is a lovely light-filled room with comfortable sofa-seating as well as a cosy wood burner effect electric fire and a TV/DVD. The kitchen offers an attractive mix of period features such as the tiled floor alongside an excellent range of contemporary equipment including an oven hob microwave fridge with freezer compartment washing machine and dishwasher.
