Wooden stairs lead up past the decked seating area and to the front door of this beachfront property. The bungalow can accommodate up to eight guests and offers a comfortable place to stay and enjoy the beach. The door opens directly into the kitchen which offers an excellent range of equipment including an oven hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Through the kitchen guests will come to a hallway which in turn leads onto the lounge/diner where guests will find two comfortable sofas a window-side dining table and a TV/DVD. The sun room which runs adjacent to the lounge offers guests a second space in which to relax and has fantastic views to the sand dunes. Two bedrooms a king-size room and a twin are both accessed via the lounge whilst the third bedroom a bunk bedroom is located next to the kitchen and has two sets of bunks accommodating four guests in total. The bathroom meanwhile offers a shower-over-bath and WC. In front of the property there are two raised decked seating areas which are both fantastic places to sit out and enjoy the sea air and the relaxing sound of crashing waves. There is garden furniture provided as well as a BBQ but please note that this should be used just in front of the property and not on the deck. There is ample off-road parking available close to the property. The neighbouring static caravan which sleeps an additional 4 guests can be rented for an extra fee of 422 and offers a living area with TV/DVD dining area and kitchen which includes a gas oven hob and fridge with a freezer compartment. This cottage is located in the market town of Aylsham an attractive town of cobbled streets and narrow alleys offering an interesting array of shops and a twice-weekly market. To the north of the town the resort of Cromer is a perfect example of the quintessential English seaside town with a sandy beach a pier with traditional entertainment and an excellent range of independent cafes restaurants and bistros many of which allow diners to enjoy fresh local seafood. Alternatively visitors may like to try their hand at catching their own crabs off the pier a fun activity for all ages. To the south of the cottage meanwhile the city of Norwich is just 12 miles away whilst the peaceful waters of the Norfolk Broads can be reached with ease by car. This former-inn is a delightful place to stay awash with period features with period features which give it that authentic cottagey-feel. Steep cupboard stairs lead you up from the lounge to the first floor; please be aware that these are quite steep cottage-style stairs with a twist which may be unsuitable for the elderly or the very young.
