To enter the property there are steps up to the front door. These are in two flights. The first flight is seven steps to a small flat area and then a further six steps. To the right of the stone steps (with hand rail) is an area of lawn with shrubs.

Straight ahead is the kitchen with door to the dining area and rear garden. The dining area is very well appointed and offers a homely and welcoming ambience.
