Keelyn is a two bedroom single-storey house just a stone's throw from Crantock Village centre and within a 3 minute walk of Crantock Beach. The cottage has has a light, bright decor with a homely, modern feel. The open-plan living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a separate dining area, make it a perfect cottage for families wanting to come back from the beach, jump straight in the shower and be able to keep mess to a minimum. However if a winter break is more of what you are looking for, the log burner in the sitting area is perfect for curling up in front of adding a real ambience. To enter the property there are steps up to the front door. These are in two flights. The first flight is seven steps to a small flat area and then a further six steps. To the right of the stone steps (with hand rail) is an area of lawn with shrubs. The house is on one level. Step inside the property and guests will find a the spacious living/dining room that is modern and bright including all of the home comforts. Straight ahead is the kitchen with door to the dining area and rear garden. The dining area is very well appointed and offers a homely and welcoming ambience. To the right is first, the shower room, then a separate WC. There are two comfy and well presented bedrooms within Keelyn, both offering a choice of twin beds or super king sized beds. Furthermore, the fully enclosed garden with a separate side entrance, provides a safe place to let your dogs run around without having to worry about them escaping. The crazy paved patio is level entry to the table and chairs, there is a step up to a path that runs along the back of the dining area and a further three steps up onto the lawned area.
