Excellent renovated holiday home 7 km from the beach. Choose between two beautiful sandy beaches, Plage de Kersiny and Plage de Mesperleuc. Your holiday home is part of a former traditional Breton farm. The house offers a large garden, a beautiful panorama and a very quiet location. At 6 km, there's the tourist seaport of Audierne. This town has an aquarium and you'll definitely want to go and soak up the atmosphere. The bustling harbour is close to many restaurants and shops. Here you will find sandy beaches, water sports and a golf course. The house is located at 1 km outside Elliant in a wooded area with numerous lakes and rivers, ideal for hiking and fishing. Groceries, bank, post office, restaurant in Elliant. Bike rental and playground at the lake in Rosporden (5 km). Nice for the children is the amusement park Odet Loisirs (6 km, on the road to Quimper). Through the fishing port of Douarnenez (40 km) you can reach the peninsula of Penmarch by the west coast. Continue along picturesque fishing villages towards Ile Tudy (36 km). On the Odet you can take a boat ride along forests, castles and cliffs. In Concarneau (20 km) pay a visit to Ville Close, a small island surrounded by ramparts. Another recommendation is Quimper (15 km, tennis).

Beautiful, 16th-century holiday home, in a quiet location near a river, with a large garden and only 8 km from the beach. A dead-end street will bring you to the house, which is completely surrounded by trees. Monks built a watermill on these grounds in the 13th century; nowadays it doesn't work anymore. The large garden opposite the house is part of the property. There are a number of small streams here and it really is a green oasis (keep an eye on your little ones please!). Fishing enthusiasts should certainly bring their fishing rods, because there are many fishing possibilities: salmon, trout, eel and other fish can be caught here. You're just outside the village of Yvias (2 km). A beautiful spot to get to know Brittany better, at 8 km from the beach at Bréhec. For a wonderful walk through the natural area there's a path that starts directly at the house. You can also go on nice outings using the car. For example to Paimpol (10 km) with its pleasant fishing port with small boats, characteristic Breton atmosphere and impressive ruins of the 12th century Beauport monastery. The marvellous bay of St. Brieuc (28 km) with its flora and fauna is certainly also worth a visit.

Distinctive, Breton holiday home, just 800 m from the beach. Bakery, supermarket, and greengrocer are just a stone's throw away (50 m). The spacious garden is practically a paradise for the kids to play in. For kicking a ball, or just running, around, this 2500 m2 area is perfect. There's also a vegetable garden full of fresh herbs.
