This property is located in the village of Primrose Valley just a short distance from the seaside town of Filey on the Yorkshire coast. The beach is less than a mile from the property: a wide expanse of sand backed by dunes. Just a few miles around the coast is the small coastal town of Filey whilst just ten miles north of the property the popular resort town of Scarborough has many fun attractions including a cliff-top castle thrilling water park and the Sea Life aquarium.
