This property is located just one mile outside the West Wight village of Shalfleet a pretty part of the island with a welcoming village pub and handy convenience store. Two miles north of the property the Newton National Nature Reserve is a managed by the National Trust and offers tranquil walks around the harbour and estuary and even has an interesting 17th century former town hall which is now a museum dedicated to the area s turbulent political past. Due to the small size of the Isle of Wight all of the island s attractions are easily accessible including Alum Bay Cowes Osborne House Robin Hill Park and the seaside resorts of Ryde Shanklin and Ventnor. The front door of this property opens directly into the lounge where guests will find a choice of comfortable seating as well as TV/DVD. From here a door leads through to the kitchen/diner which is well-equipped with an oven hob Belfast sink microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Stairs from the lounge lead up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. The first of these is a light-filled double room with carefully chosen furnishings which give the room a stylish touch in keeping with the rest of the property.
