Horni Kozolupy-Vlckov is situated about 40 km northwest of Plzen (Pilsen) and about 7 km south of Konstantinovy Lazne. It’s the last village on a road to a dead end. There are mainly vacation homes in this village so you will live in a very quiet, wonderful, sloping and wooded area. Ideally and namely centrally situated to make nice day trips to well known towns in the “Bäder”-triangle or the Bohemian Forest as the house is situated on the border of both areas. Not far from the edge of the forest, in the midst of several vacation homes, lies the careful decorated House Blanka, a roomy split-level home (100 m²) and comfortably furnished. The house is being surrounded by a big piece of land of about 4000 m². Attention: there are electrical heaters which only can heat on night power. The water in the house is not drinking water. You have to buy drinking water in the supermarket.

Villa Cornelis (300m) is a beautiful, spacious, comfortable holiday home with a garden of 400m. It lies between two ski runs in the Pernink skiing area in the Ore Mountains (Krušné Hory). These beautiful mountains offer many opportunities for walkers and cyclists in summer. The famous health spa resort of Karlsbad (Karlovy Vary) is 20 km away. Marienbad (Marianske Lazne) is a little further. They are both well worth a visit. There is a wide choice of ski areas in winter. You look out on the ski runs of Pernink from the window of your holiday home. Nove Hamry, Pernink and Bublava are all ideal ski areas for beginners. Youll find the Bozi dar Klinovec ski areas 10 km away. They are suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers.

The apartment SORT A is located in the middle of the spa town of Jáchymov in the Erzgebirge. The city of Jáchymov is visited mainly by patients with disorders of the musculoskeletal system. The spa was founded in 1906 and became famous by "radon-water". The apartment has 1 bedroom with 4 beds, there is a folding bed in the living room. In the vicinity of the apartment is the large aquapark Agricola. Places of interest in the area: the spa town of Carlsbad, the Erzgebirge (Klínovec is the name of the highest mountain, accessible by cable car), Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal in Germany. In winter, there is a ski bus stop directly in front of the house and you can easily reach the lower station of the Klínovec cable car. The Klínovec ski area is very large, there is obviously a ski rental and a number of ski schools. After a nice day of skiing you can for example visit the wellness in Agricola (200 m away). Just across the German border you will find this detached holiday home in the quiet village of Abertamy. The house is situated on a spacious private plot where the 150 year old tree ensures plenty of shady spots. Of course there is a terrace with garden furniture and BBQ available. Nejdek lies 19 km north-west of Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad). This picturesque and renovated tower house, part of a former watermill, lies about 2 km outside the town, against a mountain and at the edge of the forest. It is of a good standard furnished and has various authentic details. Around the house lies a spacious fenced garden (1000 m2) with terrace with garden furniture and barbeque. From the garden you will have a lovely view at the valley. From the house you can step on to one of the many winter walking paths. There are various ski resorts in the near surroundings, e.g. Pernink (5km). Specifics: The owner lives in the main house on the same ground. The sauna is situated in the house of the owner.

Kraslice is situated near the German-Czech Republic border, ca 10 km. from the Klingen valley and 30 km. north of Sokolov, in the middle of a beautiful mountainous landscape. Kraslice is known as the birth place of musical instrument production in the Czech Republic, especially wind and percussion instruments are frequently made here. Because of its central location you are able to visit several, former East German cities such as Plauen (30 km.), Zwickau (60 km.) and Chemnitz (90 km.). You can also make day trips to the bathing resorts of Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad, 55 km.) and Marienbad (90 km.). From Kraslice a small uphill road takes you to the town centre of Goldberg.
