This converted annex has been so well thought out and designed to find use of all available space to make a light, bright and comfortable holiday home. It has the most gorgeous views over Pentraeth beach where you can often watch horses galloping on the sands or look out for the various waterfowl, including the owners own delightful collection of geese! The sitting room is a lovely open planned space with a comfortable seating area that makes the most of the views over the bay, there is a wall mounted Smart TV and a clever folding leaf dining table so you can maximise the open space. Straight through the sliding doors you have a lovely raised balcony area with outdoor seating. The kitchen is compact but fully functional with everything that you could need from a full sized electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and compact freezer located under the stairs. There is a washing machine and dryer housed in a utility space under the exterior terrace. There are two en-suite double bedrooms, one with a sink positioned in the room.Both en-suites have a bath, hand held shower attachment, loo and towel radiator.Please note that the baths are positioned in the eaves so care and attention is needed when getting in and out.A sturdy handle has been placed to assist you if needed.There is shared wardrobe space located between the two rooms. As a solicitor he had his first office in what is now the dining room! "Morfin is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach, Ice cream parlour and restaurants, you can't help but enjoy staying in Criccieth all year round" Within a short walk from Morfin you can enjoy Criccieth's interesting individual shops, galleries, good restaurants and cafes. One of the best fish and chip shops in North Wales is just up the road, as is the famous Cadwalader's Ice Cream. Morfin is peaceful, calm and relaxing, with soft colours and interesting bits and bobs. We just love Min y Mor holiday cottage - it's very quirky and contemporary, with a calm atmosphere. This Grade II Listed cottage was the home of the artist Sir Kyffin Williams, whose studio was beside the house. Now completely refurbished by its new incumbent artist, Sophie Keir, it is a peaceful, relaxing sanctuary. "What a spectacular location, once the home of Sir Kyffin Williams, this is an absolutely fabulous holiday house, you could want for no more." Located on the south east corner of Anglesey, with the waters of the Menai Strait lapping in front of you, and the mountains of Snowdonia forming an impressive backdrop, this is an idyllic setting. Looking down the Strait, you'll see a phenomenal feat of engineering - the tubular bridge built by Stephenson where the entrance is guarded by magnificent limestone lions, made by John Thomas, who also worked on the House of Commons and Buckingham Palace. In the distance is the splendid statue of Admiral Lord Nelson which was crafted by another Admiral - Admiral Clarence Paget. Enjoy sitting and watching the boats and the birds pass by. At night there is little light pollution so you can see the moon rising from behind the mountains. A truly magical spot.
