The accommodation is very centrally located, with the village of Talamone 1.5 kilometers away; there you can do your daily shopping or enjoy a tasty meal out. And the nearest beach is just 1 kilometer away. Because of the good sea breezes this location benefits from, the area is very popular with windsurfers; both equipment and lessons are available at the local surfing school. There is a beautiful nature reserve just a stone's throw from the apartment, which extends all the way to Principina a Mare, approximately 40 kilometers further. After parking your car at the town square, continue on foot, through the gateway giving access to the old town, and Casa Sorano will be at 200 meters from there. The path go across ancient houses and the completely pedestrianized historic town center. From a tiny door, you get access to the house, via a small staircase leading to the living room. To the left, you will find the kitchen and, to the right, the bathroom with the bedroom. Every room has big windows. From Casa Sorano, you can climb up to the narrow Piazza Del Poggio and, from there, reach to the terrace of Masso Leopoldino, where you will enjoy a 360° panoramic view of the town and its surroundings. From the characteristic Piazza, it is possible to descend to the renaissance Porta dei Merli and arrive to the Lente river and its tributaries for a beautiful walk along the Etruscan Vie Cave. The San Rocco necropolis, for example, can be reached in 20 minutes. Guided visits of the Orsini Fortress, at 15 minutes from the town square, are available. Inside the Fortress sits a small historical and archaeological museum. Besides this, from the town square it is possible to plan excursions or rent mountain bikes, go horseback riding, Nordic walking, or take part in other activities in addition to the countless trails available for avid walkers.

This very comfortable holiday home with private pool features a large garden with different seating areas. In addition to various shady terraces, the garden also offers many playgrounds for the children. The house is attractively furnished and neatly finished with a lot of attention to detail. Due to its location and the large garden, the house offers plenty of privacy. You have half of a large villa at your disposal, but the other guests are on the other side, not in view, and do not have access to the pool, which is all for you! You are welcome to our vegetable garden and help yourself to whatever you need for dinner. Would you like to do a city trip but your children don't want to come/ No problem, we are great with children, leave them with us for the day. Do you want to go somewhere where your dog is not allowed? Leave them with Massimo, no problem! On the property there are also the dogs of the owner himself. We will be happy to help you with the wood oven and barbecue, and prepare a meal for you Italian stile! There is a complete corner decorated with bar, stereo system and large covered dining table to spend cozy evenings outside. And anyone who wants to isolate himself and read a book, have a seat on the swinging bench. The medieval village of Suvereto at 4km away is very scenic. Walk through the old streets and enjoy the cozy terraces, as well as the groceriestores and shops. Only 18km away lies the Etruskan coast with its fragrant pine trees, beautiful beaches and cobalt blue sea.

This 14th century tower is in picturesque Bibbona, an Etruscan village which looks as if time has stood still. You can see the original architectural details in many buildings and houses. There is a great air of tranquillity in the village. The tower is very well placed and you enjoy a splendid view of the Tuscan landscape. The holiday home of the owner is on the ground floor. There are 2 apartments, on the first and second floor. Both apartments are spacious and have been furnished by the daughter of an antiques dealer. They have plenty of atmosphere. The holiday home on the 1st floor has a small balcony with garden furniture. The apartment on the 2nd floor has an extra seating area, surrounded by windows which offer spectacular views. The sea is 8 km away. Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca are highly recommended. A stay in the tower in Bibbona is a unique experience. You can enjoy a wonderful combination of culture, beaches and sheer tranquillity. All three apartments are in a car-free hamlet and cars may not be parked at the apartment. There is a free car park a few hundred metres away. After some complaints from our dear clients, as from May 2016 we have a new cleaninglady! The use of wifi in the apartment is free but only available in some rooms, as there is not too much line in the countryside.
