You'll find this beautiful semi-detached chalet at almost 1400 metres altitude in the middle of the Hebalm. From the chalet and the terrace you'll have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Thanks to the Hebalm's favourable location , you can reach the chalets within 10 minutes after leaving the motorway. No difficult mountain roads, but easy to reach. The chalet features a sauna, a Swedish wood stove and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. At 2 km from the chalets you'll find a ski tow and a practice lift for children. The area has 4 kilometres of pistes; besides the descents over the piste there also are a few through the forest. Cross-country skiing and tobogganing are also possible. This is a very good area for children to learn skiing. There's a separate practice lift and practice area for the children and during the vacations there's a ski school. By the piste you'll find a few nice mountain huts where you can sit outside in the sun and have a nice bite to eat. If you get in the car, you can reach a number of skiing areas within 20 to 30 minutes. Near the chalets you'll also find a great toboggan run and one of Austria's most beautiful cross-country ski runs. A day without skiing? That's also possible of course! You'll find a number of swimming pools in the direct vicinity and of course spas where you can spend a wonderful time. But also a day trip to the historical city of Graz is part of the possibilities. Activities like snow shoe hiking or taking a husky sleigh ride are also possible. The Hebalmsee is also nearby; here you can go skating. For large skating tours you can go to the Packer Stausee, which you can reach by car in less than 10 minutes. It's a wonderful place to be during the summer and to enjoy the clean air in this wooded area.

A deceptively roomy chalet on the edge of a small cluster of chalets near resort centre of the Turracher Höhe. Its position gives it the best views of any chalet on the development, and a private patio where you can properly enjoy them. In winter and in Summer high season there is free access to the neighbouring wellness and pool complex. The chalet itself can sleep 7 people in comfort with radio, closed fireplace, and pine furnishings. Up the stairs, there is an open gallery double bedroom and a separate triple bedroom. 400m to the first ski lift and a little more to the lake on the pass. Very nice.
