The other apartment is located in the back of the villa and has garden view. Both apartments are very comfortable and very well maintained. This holiday home dates back to 1955. The owners have renovated and decorated it with great attention to detail and the original stone walls remain as well as the authentic wooden beams and earthenware floors. The result is an elegant rural house. In the past it was used as a wheat mill and bakery hence its name in small towns, bread ovens were known as fábricas or tahonas. In several rooms the stones and beams that once supported the heavy mills can be seen and in one of the rooms, now a bedroom, you can still make out part of one of the walls from the old oven.
