Large and comfortable country house built in stone on three levels. The house is located 3km from the beaches of the Bay of Pollensa and 4km from the picturesque and lively town of Pollensa. This house is perfect for those looking to stay in the field that at the same time value the proximity to the town and the beach. As for the exterior of the house, we found numerous terraces, a large swimming pool, outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The interior is composed of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; plus a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The house has air conditioning and WIFI.

Comfortable holiday house situated on a small complex Can Botana only 300 meters from the beach in Cala Sant Vicenç, Pollença. On the complex are 12 privately owned villas situated with a communal swimming pool with a furnished terrace set amidst the garden. The villa is well equipped and has outside terraces at both the front and rear and a private roof terrace. The villa is fitted with locally sourced furniture and is tiled throughout in a typical and traditional Mallorca theme. Cala Sant Vicenç is a former fishing village with its beautiful beaches situated in the northern coast of Mallorca. The nearest beach Cala Molins is a 3 minute walk from the villa and is excellent for swimming and snookering, as well as sunbathing and relaxing at the beach side bar. Cala Sant Vicençt has many restaurants and bars and two small supermarkets. Nearby inland is the historic old Mallorca town of Pollença, with a lively and colorful market and on the coast the beautiful port of Puerto Pollença, with its marina and large bay and sandy beaches are all well worth visiting.

The villa is situated on a terrain of approximately 17.000 m², even part of the mountain next to the villa belongs to the property. The children can play football, hide and seek and forge plans in the tree house to their heart's content. They will show themselves every now and then for a dive in the private pool with outdoor shower while you enjoy the sun terrace on one of the sun loungers. Chickens mooching around the house. The children can help gather fresh eggs for breakfast which you can enjoy on the covered terrace. This holiday home is close to the village of Sant Llorenc (3 km) in the northeast of Mallorca. This part of Mallorca is characterised by the beautiful hilly landscape, the orange groves, quiet villages and stunning beaches and little bays in abundance. The closest beaches are in Cala Millor of Cala Bona. To please the children even more, the caves in Portocristo (10 km) are highly recommended.

Oscols is a comfortable house (150m2) with a private swimming pool in one of the best places of Alcudia. From its terraces you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Pollença Bay and the surroundings. What a charming holiday home! This house is strategically situated right in the heart of Mallorca. This stunning house was built in completely in the Mallorca style. In front of the house there is a beautiful, ecological, private swimming pool (9 x 5 m) with sunbeds. The pool is filtered by plants. There's a lovely view from your spacious, covered terrace with garden furniture. The house itself is characterised by the lovely way the light comes in and a loft-like mezzanine. Downstairs in the living area there is the lounge, open kitchen and two bathrooms. Upstairs: cosy mezzanine with two single beds and one double bed. In Lloseta (1 km) there is a bakery, the supermarket, and a weekly market on Saturdays. For a day full of culture, you can visit authentic villages such as Inca, Sineu, and Lluc (all within 20 km). Port de Soller (43 km) is highly recommended, a stunning coastal town north-west of the Tramuntana mountains. There is a historical tram-line leading to and from Port de Soller; you have a wonderful view from the tram of the magnificent bay. Soller itself is a beautiful, old mountain city. Another tip is Colonia Saint Jordi in south-east Mallorca (50 km), popular due to its beautiful sandy beaches.

Small but nice, and all in one! Tastefully and nicely decorated holiday home at walking distance from the village centre of Santa Maria del Cami. A romantic studio in the countryside, with total privacy. This home is suitable for two adults and two children, considering the lack of bedrooms. Small children will enjoy themselves in the playground, while on the other side of the house the barbecue is being lit. The entire property is enclosed and is secured with a high access gate. So the parents can completely relax, too. In the vicinity there's a nice village with outdoor cafes and restaurants. Not too far away there's a large outlet centre with modern shops and plenty of entertainment for the younger ones. In no-time you can be in the mountains, "the Tramuntana". Highly recommended are the caves of Son Pou and the Sunday market in the centre. Don't forget that Santa Maria del Cami has 8 wineries that can be visited and where you can taste the wonderful wine. You can find beaches everywhere on Mallorca. You can go to the south or the north, the distance is about the same. The large beaches of Can Picafort are especially recommended for children. There are lifeguards everywhere, looking out for the children. Despite the size of the house it feels like you're staying in a large mansion. A very pleasant home that comes highly recommended.
