The masia is comfortable, well equipped and situated in a countryside in the middle of forests and fields. It has a shared garden and swimming pool (6,5x4x1,5m.). St. Marti de Tous is situated closely within 2km, which has all the necessary facilities. There is a castle and even a reservoir. Igualada is within 10km and here you can participate in various sporting activities. The distance to the town of Barcelona is approx. 80km (1 hour) and the beaches of Sitges and Vilanova is approx. 60-70km (45 min.). Swimming pool (6,5x4x1,5m.)

Spectacular 11th century villa, completely restored, in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by woods and total peace. It is just 30 minutes from Berga, famous for its world heritage traditional "La Patum de Berga" festival, which in 2018 takes place from the 30th May to the 3rd June. For walking and nature lovers it is 1 hour to the Pedraforca mountains, for the curious there is a sheep dog trial on the last Sunday in August in Castellar de Nuch, which is 1 hour by car. It is a little more than an hour to the city of Barcelona. The rented part of the villa is on the ground floor and consists of two flats with room for 14 people in a total of 6 bedrooms, all of them with their own bathroom. There are two separate kitchens and access to the barbecue area and 1 hectare plot of land. The people who look after the property live in one of the buildings that forms part of this villa and are at the disposal of clients in the need for help or to answer any query. In the garden there are two dogs and a cat that are all very friendly. The first floor of the villa may from time to time be occupied by the owner, but both the entrance and accommodations are separate.

This villa is not called El Bosque for nothing. You look out over the wooded surroundings to the sea, a phenomenal view. The best place to enjoy that is the large, covered terrace on the first floor with teak seats. Prior to that you have been nicely floating in your large private pool and lazed on a sun lounger on the sun terrace around it. The garden is well kept. Everything has been thought of. How about the very pleasant, covered outdoor kitchen? Equipped with a refrigerator so you do not need to walk far for a drink. Cala Conta (3 km) is one of the most beautiful beaches of the island because of the turquoise waters and the offshore islands. Cala Bassa (1 km, approx. 20 min. on foot) is a wonderful bay with a white sandy beach. The beach of Port des Torrent (3km) is a rocky beach with crystal clear water and it's nice and quiet.
