The latter provides access to the porch, terrace and private swimming pool where you have a beautiful view over the village and surrounding hills. There are four bedrooms, one bedroom on a loft above the living room, which is accessed via a steep staircase. Zagrilla Alta is a beautiful village with a great drinking water source and a centennial laundry which is now a meeting place for women in the village. You will also find several bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Visit Priego de Córdoba with its Andalusian Baroque, especially to be seen on the monuments, the picturesque Moorish quarter, and the number of flower pots on the walls of the houses. Near the house starts one of the hiking trails through the Sierras Subbétcas. Ideal place for celebrations of events with family or with friends.

Prime location for beach lovers! You can go for a dive in the sea right from your gorgeous apartment. And this sea will keep you happy all day long. You wake up every morning with that stunning view of the always clear blue Mediterranean Sea. After breakfast you gather your beach things and only have to walk a few metres to then settle yourself down on the beach. After a wonderful day at the beach you will look out over the sea from your terrace and fall asleep in the evenings to the soothing sound of the waves. Here you will certainly unwind and forget about the stress and hecticness of home. The apartment's surrounding area is also well worth it. The town centre of the charming port of Vinarós is only 2 km away. Explore the weekly market on Thursdays, where locals, as well as tourists, go bargain hunting. You will find lots of pavement cafés and bistros on the broad boulevard, where you can experience delicious Spanish cuisine. Golf enthusiasts will certainly hit a golf ball at the 18 hole golf course of San Jordi (15 km). A supermarket and restaurant are 100 m away. Fantastic apartment, completely and well furnished. The corner apartment is on the 3rd floor of a small scale, well looked after complex. With the sea right outside the door, the pool (20 x 7 m, depth 0.90 - 2 m) seems unnecessary. Even so, as occupant of this complex you have the use of this pool and lovely lawn with lounging chairs. Do you want more sun? You can also make use of the large sun terrace with lounging chairs. You enter via the steps. Lovely living room with seating area, TV, DVD, stereo (radio/cd), dining area and sliding patio doors to the spacious terrace. Separate modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and fridge and freezer. Bedroom 1: double bed and access to the terrace with a view of the sea. 1 full ensuite bathroom. Wonderfully well cared-for second floor apartment overlooking the sea. Neatly decorated, spacious rooms with shutters which can be closed to keep the room reasonably cool during the day. You will enjoy this after a great day on the pebble beach right at your doorstep. Want to spend a day somewhere else than at the beach? Then you can choose between two large communal pools that belong to the apartment complex. Here you'll also find a beautiful communal garden. The beautiful town of Peñiscola is just 20 km away. At least visit the 14th century castle built on a rock. It was built between 1294 and 1307 and stands on the ruins of an ancient Arabian citadel. Closer to home you'll find the cozy center of Vinaròs (2.5 km) with nice center and fishing port.

Just 100 metres away from a small, gravel beach you will find this detached holiday home in a quiet, residential area of Vinaròs. Do you want to grab a drink or take a siesta? No problem. You cross over the road and you are back home. In the lovely garden you have complete privacy and you can cool off under the large, palm trees. The covered terrace is a great place for an aperitif. If you have had enough of the shade then you can sunbathe on the roof terrace with a view of the sea with a walled terrace at the back of the house so you can have your privacy. If you would like to explore, one recommendation is a short car journey through the hinterland of Vinaròs. After driving for just 15 minutes you will feel like you are in another country. Lots of Westerns were filmed here! Or you could take a trip to the beautiful old town of Peñíscola (20 km). When you are done, before returning home, it is lovely to enjoy relaxing on a lively terrace in Vinaròs, just 4.5 km from your house. For daily shopping and a restaurant you do not need to walk far: just 100 m. Comfortable holiday home, all on one level. The interior is beautifully cared for. This house is really superb. You'll have access to four spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities. The detached one-level villa has a completely enclosed garden. The view is stunning and your location is within walking distance of a beach. Everywhere throughout this detached bungalow the sea beckons. On awakening in the morning, this is what you will see. Throw a towel over your shoulder ... Within three minutes you can take a refreshing dip in the sea, for only 50 meters away there's a inlet with a pebbled beach. Kids can also swim in the children's pool near the villa. In the cozy town of Vinaròs (1.8 km) you will find numerous restaurants. In the countryside you will find the Gothic town of Morella (62 km). This picturesque town was built on a hill and is completely walled. A walk through the stepped streets and a visit at one of the museums within the 2.5 km long city wall are well worth your time. The centre of Sanlúcar de Barrameda is 2 km away, where you can do lots of shopping. Wide sandy beaches are also 2 km away and the airport of Jerez de la Frontera is 30 km away. The gorgeous city of Seville, with its own airport, is at 120 km. Sanlúcar de Barrameda is a synonym for tradition and gastronomy in Spain. The city is located on the Costa de la Luz, where the river Guadalquivir meets the Atlantic Ocean. Accross the river you will find the National nature park Doñana, Europes largest protected nature area. Together with Jerez de la Frontera and el Puerto de Santa Maria, Sanlúcar forms the so-called sherry triangle. Sanlúcar is mainly known for the manzanilla. This is a type of sherry wine which perfectly suits seafood which is daily brought into harbour in this fishing town. The inhabitants of Sanlúcar are famous for their hospitality and friendliness. The more than 100 restaurants and bars of the town (60,000 inhabitants) are open all year round thanks to its climate and size. Sanlúcar is also famous for flamenco - besides gastronomy. There are flamenco shows all year round and you could even get lessons! Sanlúcar has two beautiful sandy beaches, la Calzada and la Jara, which are more than 3 km long in total. Barrio Bajo is fishing village by origin. You will find the low, white houses and narrow streets here with the central square Plaza del Cabildo, the beating heart of the place, here. On its edge, there is the Bajo de Guia neighbourhood. This is where the old fishing area faces the sea. In one of the many typical Spanish restaurants you can see the sun set in the Atlantic Ocean, while enjoying a manzanilla and a delicious meal.

This detached holiday home is located in the Roche development near Conil de la Frontera, within walking distance from the beach (about 700 m). The holiday home has a 1500 m2 garden where kids can play freely. There are various terraces around the house. You can also use the barbeque and dine al fresco with family and friends. The interior is homey and everything is present for a pleasant stay. The thick walls assure that the holiday home remains cool and no air conditioning is necessary. If youd like a bit of a cool off, then take a dip in the sea and enjoy the white beaches. The Roche development has a sports complex with tennis courts, a paddle court, a football and volleyball pitch where guests can play (for a fee). You walk right from the holiday home into a nature park where it is lovely to walk and/or cycle. Conil de la Frontera is a typical Andalusian fishing village. Stroll through the small streets and relax in one of the authentic restaurants and bars. Visit Jerez de la Frontera (45 km) which is famous for being the home of sherry. Here you can smell the scent of the sherry from the bodegas when you stroll through the streets. For culture, go to the historic cities of Cádiz (approx. 45km) or Sevilla (130km).

The rural house Can Teulera is an authentic masía located in the famous wine region of Penedés, on the Costa del Garraf. The cottage belongs to a group of 5 masías and is surrounded by vineyards where you can enjoy the tranquil environment. The children can play in the garden, enjoy the sun or the shadow of the centuries old olive, almond and fig trees which make this masía so special. An old renovated farm with land divided in two parts. Peacefully situated in the area of Anoia in the province of Barcelona. The masia is comfortable, well equipped and situated in a countryside in the middle of forests and fields. It has a garden and swimming pool. St. Marti de Tous is situated closely within 2km, which has all the necessary facilities. There is a castle and even a reservoir. Igualada is within 10km and here you can participate in various sporting activities. The distance to the town of Barcelona is approx. 80 km (1 hour) and the beaches of Sitges and Vilanova is approx. 60-70km (45 min.).
