It is twenty-one kilometres from the beaches of the Costa Brava and near the attractive towns of Lloret de Mar and Blanes. The farmhouse is surrounded by woods. It has a football goal, table tennis and swings. Children will also enjoy the small plot with its chickens, cock and a couple of lambs. The farmhouse is between the historic city of Girona and the Costa Brava. Girona is well worth a visit for its famous Jewish quarter, museums and typical river houses. There are thousands of cultural attractions and sports to enjoy in this fascinating region. The famous Dali Museum is in the city of Figueres which is not far. You can enjoy golf and riding just seven kilometres from the farmhouse. This comfortable house has various appliances including a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Beautiful restored 19th century house located in a charming village surrounded by nature. Its original stone walls and rustic style blends perfectly with all amenities. All rooms in the house are on the ground floor and fully adapted for people with reduced mobility, including access to the pool. It consists of a nice rustic kitchen with fireplace, a dining room with beautiful original family furniture and a large living room with original glass fireplace, piano and comfortable sofa area for a good rest. This detached villa was built in the hills of Lloret Blau and has a breathtaking view of its green surroundings, popular seaside resort Lloret de Mar and the sparkling sea. The beautiful, lower level, enclosed garden is landscaped on different levels with roses, hydrangeas, jasmine and lemon trees. A nice shady spot is the terrace under the grape-covered pergola, with a stone BBQ next to it. From the villa some steps lead to the private pool with sun terrace. A little lower lies a beautiful spot for the children to play on, and there is another terrace with barbecue. The beach of Playa de Canyelles is only 2.5 kilometers away. The busy Lloret de Mar is 4 km away, this is the best place for a shopping trip or evening out! A little further away but surely worth visiting is the village Tossa de Mar (9 km, which is also fun to get to by boat!) and the cities Gerona (46 km) and Barcelona (80 km).

The villa is in fact one level and there are not many in the hilly area of ​​Lloret de Mar Your villa is located in the quiet neighborhood of Lloret Residencial, has a nice view of the green hills and has a lovely lawn centered around the kidney-shaped private pool, your vacation has already passed a great deal! The holiday home has a front and back garden with fence and a covered terrace, so there is always a possible place to find sun and shade. The sloping high ceiling provides coolness in the house. In the urbanization Torre Vella this lovely jointed house is situated (next to the corner house). The house is divided over two floors. The interior is partly modern and partly rustic. It contains of a terrace and a balcony facing south with garden furniture. There is also a paved garden which you can reach through a stairs from the terrace. Garden is closed with a conifer hedge so a lot of privacy. At the house you can make beautiful forest walks in a beautiful setting. On the first floor from the balcony you have a sea view and a panoramic view over the valley. The car can be parked close to the house. A comunal pool with restaurant are close to the house, there is Wi-Fi available for 1 euro per day. Nice boat trips are possible from the beach and you can dive there. The cosy seaside resort Estartit lies 40 km. east of Girona. Estartit is, like many seaside resorts in Spain, grown from a fishermen's village into a well know seaside resort. Here you have several nice shopping streets and you can have a lovely diner in the numerous restaurants. At the end of the afternoon there is always a significance rush in the harbour when the fishermen's boats return.
