Sunrise Melbury is within 10/15 minutes walk of Salcombe town centre, close to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. The sandy beach at North Sands is just a few minutes drive away. There is a small kitchen, living and bedroom area. Pine double bed. Separate sliding doors leading to kitchen and bathroom respectively. The bathroom has bath with shower (over). Outside is a patio with table and chairs and use of communal garden at the rear of the property. Sunrise Melbury is a great base for exploring Salcombe.
