The municipality located in the Eastern Ore Mountains is known for the ski and winter sport area in Holzhau. This house is situated at an altitude of approximately 800m in the middle of the Ore Mountains. The former guest house with guest rooms has enough space for large groups and offers the perfect space for a family reunion or a holiday with friends. Every bedroom, on all three floors, has its own bathroom. On the first floor is a kitchen with dining room for at at least 12 people; all 30 guests can be seated by the gastronomic kitchen and the play room. Adjacent are playground, terrace and barbecue. Seiffen is well known for its wooden art and has ski lifts and cross country trails at approximately 5km. The winter sports regions of Holshau (24km) and Altenberg (42km) are within easy reach.
