The house is situated in a beautiful location overlooking "Kal'e Moru" beach; The sea is at only 10 minutes by foot. Nearby you can visit the beaches of Geremeas, Mari Pintau e villasimius. The house is very comfortable and functional, with all the basic comforts. Each room has its own entrance to the garden and sea views. At 400 m. you'll find bars, a small supermarket, divingcenter etc etc; Nearby: horse riding, tennis courts and soccer fields. At 5 km: supermarket, restaurant, medical, pharmacy, veterinary. Possibility of hiking and boat from near main marina of Capitana or the best known Villasimius marina. In 2017, the owner invested a lot in her house to make your stay even more comfortable!
