The views from the property are outstanding and the Ullswater Steamers (4.5 miles) offer a great day out. Whinlatter Forest is a 17-mile drive and there are some great bike tracks here walking and running trails the Gruffalo walk which younger members of the family will love and Go Ape for those wanting to get their adrenalin pumping.
