This cottage is located in the northern Bohemian village of Kryštofovo Údolí, about 10 km from the town of Liberec and 100km from Prague. It's situated next to Rokytka Pension which was established in a historic building dating from 1834. The cottage is surrounded by a nature reserve with many hiking and biking trails. This traditional and authentic mountain chalet is located in a quiet part of the tourist town and resort of Rokytnice nad Jizerou - Hranice, in a remote area, near a forest. Because of its location, it makes an ideal starting point for hiking excursions and mountain biking along marked trails in summer, while in winter it's a paradise for winter sports fans of all abilities. The center of Rokytnice nad Jizerou has many amenities including restaurants, bars, supermarket, shops, ski-and bike-rental, ATM, tennis and horse riding. The tourist information office is located 2 km away. The beautiful mountain setting can be explored on foot, by bike or on skis directly from the house. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi internet and in the garden you'll find sufficient outdoor furniture and a swimming pool at your disposal. Parking at the house is possible only when there is no snow. In the winter the house is not accessible by car. Cars can be parked in the parking lot of the Studenov ski lift (1200 m). From there you can make use of the private transport service (for a fee; see Conditions). The house is well insulated, and is equipped with a wood-burning stove and electric heating.

The apartments are located on a sunny, south-facing slope, in a quiet area and yet close to the center of Rokytnice nad Jizerou, surrounded by meadows. This Sport Chalet is a classic mountain dwelling in the Giant Mountains. It is situated in a very quiet and sunny valley near a stream, 2.5 km from the Jizera River. A new addition (in the same style) was built onto the original house.
