This property is located close to the coast on Cardigan Bay in West Wales. The nearest beach is within walking distance a peaceful sand and shingle bay which is a popular with visitors wishing to enjoy seaside walks and explore the rock pools which are revealed at low tide. Just two miles south-east of the property the town of New Quay is a lovely place to spend a day with its prettily coloured seafront-houses marine centre Dylan Thomas Trail and harbour from where visitors can join a fantastic dolphin-spotting trip around the bay. Keen walkers will be pleased to learn that the Cardigan Bay Coast Path is easily accessible from the property offering miles of scenic walks with spectacular views of the bay. On arrival this cottage guests can choose whether they want to relax and unwind after their drive in the attractive lounge or gather around the table in the kitchen over a reviving cup of tea. The lounge is an elegantly finished room which has been lovingly styled whilst retaining much of the original charm of the property. There are two inviting sofas from which to enjoy the TV with DVD or perhaps cosy-up with a good book in front of the real fire. The kitchen/diner meanwhile is a spacious room with a country-style finish offering a dining table oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs there are three bedrooms as well as a bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC and an additional separate WC. Two of the bedrooms are attractive double rooms whilst the third bedroom is a peaceful dual-aspect twin room. All bedrooms are accessed via a few steps from the landing area. Outside there is an enclosed patio garden to the front and sides of the property which has been furnished with a table and chairs and a BBQ. Need to know: 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 twin. Aberporth and Aberaeron are both worth a visit or even head inland and enjoy the magnificence of the Preseli mountains. Take a step up into the delightful and well-equipped kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob dishwasher microwave fridge/freezer and washer/dryer a very social space where you can plan your days activities as you prepare a hearty breakfast. There is a superb shower room with shower and WC accessed up one step just off the dining area. From the main hallway head up the cottage style stairs to the first floor sleeping accommodation. There is a tasteful master bedroom with king-size bed and TV and the second bedroom has a triple bunk bed with double bed with single over making this extremely versatile for families and couples alike. Outside there is a sweet enclosed garden with furniture and a charcoal BBQ a suntrap during the day and the perfect spot to chat long into the evening. Located just a short drive away from the popular seaside resort of New Quay with attractions for everyone to enjoy. Visit one of the beaches and try out some water sports visit the wildlife marine centre enjoy a boat trip and maybe spot some dolphins or explore the Dylan Thomas trail and follow the footsteps of Wales best-love poet who once lived in the town. Head up the coast and visit Aberystwyth a popular holiday resort with much to see and do. If you re looking to explore on foot or by two wheels you are surrounded by a vast amount of countryside you can even head further inland to the Brecon Beacons National Park. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). This lodge is set within a complex of properties with all year round on-site facilities which includes a convenience store and a restaurant. Entering the lodge you will find yourself in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with patio doors leaving out to the decking area. Relax in the cosy lounge area in front of the coal effect electric fire and watch something on the TV. Prepare a meal in the kitchen equipped with a gas oven and hob fridge dishwasher and washing machine. You can then enjoy the resulting meal around the dining table and plan your next day s activities. Off the kitchen and down the hallway is the first bedroom a twin. Opposite the twin bedroom is the shower room with shower and WC. Complete the lodge is the master king-size bedroom with added dressing area and en-suite shower room and WC. Venturing outside you will find your own private enclosed decking area with patio furniture a great spot for al fresco dining in the warmer months. There is also a children s play area on-site so they can run off some steam and a clubhouse with pub/restaurant darts and pool table so you can relax and enjoy a drink.
