Behind the range of hills lies the authentic student town Murcia (10km.), which is still untouched by the mass tourism. T he Murcia region offers countless possibilities, with the provinces Alicante and Valencia in the north and Almeria and Granada in the west. In the nature area against the range of hills, you can horse ride, cycle, and hike and play golf. Other places of interest are diverse markets and wine tasting in the region, traditional fiesta's (Semana Santa, Moros y Christianos), theme parks (Terra Mítica) and the cities Murcia, Elche and Alicante. In the Sierra Nevada you can even ski and make a daytrip to the old Granada, which is recommended.

This detached villa with private pool is located on the Mazarrón Country Club resort, 3 km from Mazarrón on the Costa Calida. The house was built in Andalusian style with yellow / white accent colors, very nicely decorated and fully equipped. The bedroom in the tower room is only by an outside staircase (not suitable for small children). In the conservatory and on the covered terrace you can have fun together. During hot days the illuminated swimming pool with roman steps for cooling. There are several sun beds where you can enjoy the peace and sunbeams. Should the temperature drop then you are also good in this house, you can warm up by the fireplace in the living room. If you do not feel like cooking then the restaurant at the resort or restaurants near the alternatief.Door a good location on a cul de sac this property has lots of privacy. From the roof terrace is lovely views over the resort and the surrounding mountains. You can enjoy the golf courses, parks and beaches in the immediate vicinity. 10 minutes away is the Mediterranean. Visit the provincial capital of Murcia with its lively center with shops and nightlife (65km, 35 minutes), or the old port city of Cartagena (about 35 km, 20 minutes by car.).
