This is a wonderful apartment located in Canyamel a quiet area of the north-east of Mallorca. Enjoy your holiday close to a beautiful sandy beach! These are 2 wonderful houses with capacity for 16 people! They are located in Ca´s Canar, a small village in the centre of the island, near Costitx and Sencelles. They are two independent buildings, one next to each other, that surround the swimming pool. “Llorer” is the first house we see when we get to the plot. It has 220 m2 and 3 rooms, with beds for 8 people. On the ground floor we find the main room, with double bed and en suite bathroom with hydro massage shower. The other rooms, with a romantic style, are on the first floor. There is one with two double beds and one with two single beds. They are connected. The spacious living room has 2 big sofas where you will be able to watch TV, listening music or have a little nap, as the place has AC. The dining area has a table with 8 chairs, where you can organize dinners with your family and friends. Next to the living, there is another bathroom with hydro massage shower.In the kitchen you will find all necessary to cook your favourite dishes: toaster, blender, dish washer, microwave, vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge and other kitchen appliances. Of course, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At the entrance to “Llorer” there is a cistern with water for human consumption!The second house is called “Es Colomer”. If you feel a bit hungry, the numerous snack bars offer sandwiches, hamburgers and salads. For your coffee or tea break you will find lots of cafeterias on the promenade. There are also lots of shops there; beside shops for clothes, shoes and souvenirs you will easily find big and small supermarkets for grocery shopping. The house offers all the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. The hose has 120 m2 and it is perfect for families or little groups of friends, as it has three double rooms. There are two rooms with two single beds each and one room, on the ground floor, with a double bed. All rooms have closet and are very spacious. The house has a bathroom with bathtub recently remodelled and a toilet downstairs. There is no AC in the house but you won't feel hot as it is by the sea. However, we can provide you with fans on request. In the living room, there is a fire place that you can use during winter months.The bungalow has two floors and the plot is totally private. However, there are neighbours close by, as the house is in a urbanization. One of the rooms on the first floor has a private terrace with sea views.On the 100 m2 terrace downstairs you will be able to enjoy a pleasant breakfast, as it is equipped with table and chairs. In the 25 m2 porch there are four rocking chairs, perfect for a little rest. In the living room, you can relax on the sofas, have a siesta or watch TV. There are two rooms with a double bed - one of them has en suite bathroom with hydro massage shower and a private terrace with views to the garden. The other room has two single beds. All rooms have closet, exterior windows and have enough space. The house has another huge bathroom with shower and bathtub. The house is build surround an old mill that has been restored. You can go up but remember to close the gate downstairs for children security. In the 50 m2 porch in front of the house, you will be able to have a pleasant breakfast, as it is equipped with table and chairs. There are as well some rocking chairs, perfect for a little rest. The house has two living rooms: there is one which is made of Majorcan stone and has a sofa with chaise long, satellite TV, AC, WIFI and a dining area with space for 8 people; the second sitting room has armchair, sofa and TV. The closest hospital is in Manacor, 12.6 km from the house. The area around Petra is particularly rural with fertile land and lots of farmers. The idyllic, rolling countryside invites you to take long strolls, to hike or to cycle and explore the beauty of this peaceful zone. You can still find lots of wind mills there. It's very romantic to walk along the small paths, passing cornfields, wind mills and old farms. On the horizon raises the Puig de Bonany, this is with 317 meters the highest elevation of the area. From up there you can see big part of Majorca: starting with the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana through to the Bahía de Alcúdia. Furthermore, you'll find a tiny church up there. It's beautiful! From Petra is very easy to get to the northern and south-eastern beaches, in between 20 - 20 minutes driving by car you can get to lots beaches. For us the best ones are: Ses Casetes des Capellans in Can Picafort, the natural beach Son Serra de Marina, Cala Magraner, Porto Cristo, Cala Morlanda, Portocolom and much more!

From the terrace and the pool area you will be able to enjoy amazing views to the countryside and the see which is a few kilometres away.The house has 250 m2 and the whole plot has an extension of 90000 m2. It is located in a rural area and the garden which surrounds the house is full of different trees and plants. The outdoor of the house is beautiful. The chlorine pool is 9 x 4 meters large and has a maximum depth of 1.8 meters. Next to the pool there is an area with 8 sun beds where you will be able to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean weather. On the first floor there is a little covered terrace with sofas where you can chill out and admire the views. Between the pool area and the house, there is a 100 m2 terrace, where you can protect yourself from the sun. You will find some lounges, sofas and a porch with table and chairs, so you can organize meals outside. The house has 4 double rooms. One of them is on the first floor and has a double bed.
