It is a 3-storey house and it has 160 m2. It has 3 bedrooms and it is ideal for families with children or groups of friends. There is one room with a double bed, while the others have 2 single beds. There is a fully furnished bathroom with a big bathtub. The living is a room that conserves the traditional high ceilings of the houses in Ciutadella, which gives a unique style to the house. It is the perfect place to relax reading a book, watching TV or just having a little nap. It has air conditioning. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge and a lot more. With a size of 110 m2, Voramar is ideal for families with children or small groups of friends who want to spend their holidays close to the beach. There are 2 bedrooms in total, one with 2 single beds and 1 with double bed. There is one air conditioning system in the bedroom with the double bed and another one in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower cabin and the second one with a toilet and a wash basin. The accommodation consists of 2 floors; the ground floor and first floor. When entering the house, you will find the bedroom with the 2 singles on the left hand side. The second bedroom is lying at the end of the corridor. At the corner you will find a small smoking area, surrounded by glass. Upstairs you find the fully equipped kitchen and the modern living area where you can pass your free time on the cozy sofa in the tastefully decorated living room reading a good book, watching TV (satellite), watching a DVD with your children or taking a nap. Stroll down the sea promenade, watch the sailing boats and try our excellent wines and dishes in one of the restaurants. Walking on this promenade you could reach the small bay Caló des Parral with coarse-grained sand and crystal clear water. In the zone round Colònia St. Pere you will find lots of beaches, the most of them natural areas. The town is famous for its good olive oil, which is elaborated there. At the olive mill “La Tafona” you can see all the process of making olive oil; furthermore they have a good restaurant. The next beaches are situated in Puerto de Pollença and Puerto de Alcúdia. You will reach them in less than half an hour. In the west of the island you will find the magnificent mountain range of the Serra de Tramuntana with lots of nice spots. Very famous is the small bay “La Calobra”.

In Manacor you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Cala Magraner or Cales de Mallorca. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. Are you looking for a calm place in the countryside but close to the beach? Then this is the perfect place to spend your holiday! Welcome! This is a cosy house of 120 m2 with 3 bedrooms and it is ideal for families with children or groups of friends. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds. On the first floor there is an en suite room and the room with single beds. The third room is on the ground floor, where you will find 2 more bathrooms with shower. There is no air conditioning in the house but we'll be pleased to provide you with fans if you request them! In this house you will feel at home. You can relax in the living room reading a good book or having a siesta. The dining area has a wooden table and chairs for 6 people. The kitchen, with access to the terrace, is fully furnished with everything you may need during your holiday: microwave, gas stove, fridge, washing machine and a lot more. The furnished terrace counts with a spacious table and seats, perfect to celebrate a nice dinner with your friends and family and enjoy the views to the countryside. The private pool measures 7.5 x 3.8 meters and it is surrounded by 6 sun loungers. Enjoy your own piece of idyllic Majorcan countryside! The house is located in Muro, just in the town limits, which means it's a very quiet area. A 10 minute drive will take you to the nearest beaches: Can Picafort and Ses Casetes des Capellans. Located in the Majorcan village Costitx, this beautiful home will make your holidays an unforgettable experience. Costitx is located in central Mallorca and sometimes it could be that you hear an airplane going by - but this depends on the wind direction. From there you have easy access to any of the parts of the island. Inca is just 10.7 km far, Manacor 39.7 and Palma is 34, what means that you will be in between the three biggest cities and thus be close to any facility you could need during your stay. Moreover Costitx and its surrounding are enchanting. It is a small village of only 1.159 inhabitants, mostly locals, so that you will have the chance to dive into the real Mallorca. Regarding beaches, you can choose from a wide range. The northern beaches are approximately 30 km far away, and the eastern and southern beaches are 40 km. These distances mean just between 30 and 45 minutes drives depending on the roads you take and how fast you are.
