This former farmhouse offers a great location and everything you need for a relaxed holiday. The spacious living room features a nice TV corner with DVD and party games. The bedrooms each have their own washbasin or an adjacent bathroom. And because the house is situated on a higher level than the garden, you have an extra beautiful view of the garden and the fields of Hesbaye. Using the balcony stairs, you can reach your private terrace, where you can enjoy your jacuzzi or a nice BBQ with the whole group. There are several seats in the garden. This stone-built bungalow for 6 persons is located in a quiet park on the edge of a nature reserve called Vallei van de Ziepbeek, a bit south of the Mechelse Heide and east of the Limburgse Kempen (only 10km from Maastricht). The dominant color in the park is green, as you would expect in a nature reserve. Variation is brought in by some fishing ponds and a large lake. A part of the lake is reserved for swimming and sunbathing. The park also has a restaurant ( with a proviso ) with outdoor terrace. In addition to water sports such as swimming, surfing and fishing, there are other sports available in the area. You can go horseback riding, play tennis or of course hiking and cycling. Because of the central location of the park it is easy to make day trips to neighboring countries or take tours along the Mergelland route or Haspengouwe route. You can do a bit of shopping in Aachen, Hasselt or Maastricht. Boat tours along the Meuze are also a possibility.

This chalet is part of a park that is teeming with life, where peace, space and true hospitality are spelled with capital letters. The park is situated on a mound near a large recreational lake with a separate beach. A sophisticated place, situated between the rugged Peel and the beautiful Meuse, close to Germany and Belgium.
