The dining area has seating for four and the kitchen is equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Stairs lead down from the lounge area to an inner hall with doors leading to the two bedrooms one double and one twin. The bathroom completes this floor with shower over bath and WC.
