As well as the bathroom on the first floor, offering access to the family bedroom there, the cottage also has a shower room on the second floor and a WC downstairs on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is a kitchen with a small dining area for six, a dining room with two tables seating 15 together, and a sitting room seating eight with an electric fire. There is also a garden room, with doors leading outside into the garden, which offers a third dining area for eight and a sitting area for seven.
