We are so thrilled to have this fabulous holiday house. It really has the feel-good factor. From almost every window you can see Criccieth castle - and of course the sea! If you are looking for privacy and inspirational views, this is the house for you.
This picture-postcard cottage is only a short walk from the small seaside town of Criccieth. With a footpath leading down to the beach. and so peaceful and serene - you will feel relaxed and at one with the world!
Inside, the owners have created a truly stunning home from home, carefully thought out and with no expense spared. Part original, part new, it is joined together by an amazing slate-floored room with rocking chairs looking out to sea through a glass wall and featuring a beautifully constructed staircase, Cae'r Dyni is furnished throughout with original and hand-crafted pieces.
The cosy sitting room has the most incredible views out across the ever changing seascape. Comfy sofas are set around a wood burner. There are chairs which you can turn to face looking out of the windows, too. There’s a flat screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi.
The kitchen is open plan with a dining space to one end of the room, too. There’s a log burning Esse cooker, an electric cooker and gas hob as well as an American-style fridge with freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher. The large utility room with sink houses the washing machine and dryer.
The dining area has a table lovingly made by the Owners. There are eight leather chairs, a wood burning stove and oak floors with underfloor heating making a great space for family meals.

On the first floor are three bedrooms, all furnished to a good standard. The master room has a solid wooden ‘stocks' bed. There are two further double bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite shower room. All bedrooms have TVs and DVD players.
