Cefn Isaf holiday cottage is a peaceful haven with wonderful open views of the countryside but only a hop from the beach. It's the perfect retreat to return to after a busy day out. It was converted with great care by the owner and her architect husband a few years ago and has given many happy holidays. From almost every window you can see Criccieth castle - and of course the sea! If you are looking for privacy and inspirational views, this is the house for you. This picture-postcard cottage is only a short walk from the small seaside town of Criccieth. With a footpath leading down to the beach. and so peaceful and serene - you will feel relaxed and at one with the world! Inside, the owners have created a truly stunning home from home, carefully thought out and with no expense spared. Part original, part new, it is joined together by an amazing slate-floored room with rocking chairs looking out to sea through a glass wall and featuring a beautifully constructed staircase, Cae'r Dyni is furnished throughout with original and hand-crafted pieces. The cosy sitting room has the most incredible views out across the ever changing seascape. Comfy sofas are set around a wood burner. There are chairs which you can turn to face looking out of the windows, too. There’s a flat screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi. The kitchen is open plan with a dining space to one end of the room, too. There’s a log burning Esse cooker, an electric cooker and gas hob as well as an American-style fridge with freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher. The large utility room with sink houses the washing machine and dryer. The dining area has a table lovingly made by the Owners. Bwthyn at Brynhyfryd is a comfortable holiday cottage set in the grounds of Brynhyfryd, a Victorian mansion built by shipbuilder William Jones, which stands in well-kept grounds of almost an acre. Pwllheli translates to 'saltwater pool' and was, at one time, one of the main shipbuilding centres in North Wales and has a long maritime history. Today, the Marina is considered one of the best in the country and is a European Centre of Excellence in sailing. 'A tranquil haven within easy walking distance of the beach, marina, and all this bustling little town has on offer' It is located just on the outskirts of this bustling coastal town with its variety of shops, cafes and restaurants in addition to the two main beaches, South Beach and Glandon. No more than an easy ten-minute walk from the National Sailing Centre of Wales and the Llyn Coastal Path. This compact north-west corner of North Wales makes it easy to access the attractions of the area - the majestic mountains of Snowdonia, the castles and mines of Gwynedd, water sports, golf, horse riding and so much more. Bwthyn at Brynhyfryd is a peaceful haven to return to after exploring the many delights of the area. Y Bwthyn is the archetypal holiday cottage - stone-built and Grade II Listed, with roses around the front door, set in a quiet location in the pretty seaside town of Criccieth. Downstairs is a cosy open plan living room, comfortable sofas ranged around a stone inglenook fireplace with a coal effect fire, a dining table and chairs for four, a TV with Freeview, CD/DVD player. The kitchen area is well equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine.French windows open out onto a well-managed terraced garden. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one double room and one twin.The upstairs landing has views out over the garden and is a great quiet spot for reading.The family bathroom has a bath, shower, wash hand basin and loo. Outside, a set of stone steps lead up to a lovely terraced garden which is ideal for relaxing in and for alfresco meals. "This pretty stone cottage is welcoming at any time of the year. Shops, cafés, castle, beach and even an ice cream parlour all just a few steps away." Everything is just a short walk away. The beach, the castle, good restaurants, pubs and cafes, crazy golf, and interesting individual shops; you'll still find the greengrocer displaying his wares on the High Street. Take a ride on the Welsh Highland and Ffestiniog Railway, or enjoy the stunning coastal walks. If you hop in the car you can discover the glorious mountains of Snowdonia. Bryn y Mor is a delightful holiday house near Borth y Gest on the Llyn Peninsula. Not only does it have spectacular views and a glorious garden, but the house is bursting with happiness. Every room is full of interesting surprises - the rug in the sitting room, the tiny bathroom with room for a shower as well, the little library room, the tiles, the colours - we're gushing, but we really feel very privileged to have such a home in our portfolio. "With such dazzling seaviews, it's no wonder guests return time & again to this happy, seaside house." A path from the garden leads down to two beaches - Samson's Cove and Garreg Cnwc. The night sky in the winter must be fantastic, as there is little or no light pollution here. Bryn y Mor was even featured on the S4C programme 04Wal. All in all, a very charming holiday house in this pretty corner of North Wales.

Bron Castell is a lovely stone cottage in the heart of Harlech. A fabulous North Wales seaside retreat, the property has a kitchen with Rayburn, sitting room with open fire, two first floor bedrooms, both with king-size beds (one en-suite), plus a family bathroom. Appliances include dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and Smart TV. Outside is a private garden and parking for two cars. Note: The house is on a steep road connecting lower and upper Harlech. Note: One dog with the party is free, an additional dog may be alloed at an additional charge of 320, depending on breed and size.

Comfortable and welcoming, Bronallt holiday cottage is ideally situated between the mountains of Snowdonia and the sea. The village of Y Felinheli is on the edge of the Menai Strait, and here you will find a small grocery store, a Post Office and good places to eat - try The Garddfon on the sea front. "Lovely family holiday home between the mountains & the sea, close to the historic town of Caernarfon and its imposing castle." Bronallt is a bright and sparkling ‘home sweet home', and its delightful owners will ensure you have a memorable holiday. Romance emanates from this stunning Gothic folly. An internal spiral stone staircase leads you to each of its six rooms in turn, with the sitting room at the top. Situated in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park there is so much diversity here. You can walk up Snowdon (the highest mountain in Wales) or take the easier option of the train! Steeped in history the Park has so much to offer from stunning mountain walks, picturesque villages such as Beddgelert and an easy drive to lovely seaside towns like Criccieth. This is a unique property in a fantastic location!
