The residence is just 2 km from the center of Batz-sur-Mer and 1.5 km from the Le Croisic TGV station, in a private wooded park of 2 hectares.
The four buildings that make up the residence are located on a strip of sand from the beach, facing south, at the foot of the coastal path. The residence comprises 62 apartments and offers a wide range of types (some apartments are duplex) from a studio for 2 people to a 3-room apartment for 7/8 people, all of which are fully equipped with kitchenette (ceramic hob , microwave and dishwasher), bathroom (with shower or bath), toilet and television (surcharge). You will stay in apartments on the sea or park side equipped and
equipped with wifi access (paying) and will benefit from private access to the beach. For your relaxation, you can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool (and paddling pool) facing the ocean (from mid-May to the end of September). Residence without lift.

At your disposal, you will find a heated outdoor swimming pool (open from mid-May to the end of September), paying WiFi access point, paying laundry and free outdoor parking. Sheets are included in the rental price. For an additional fee you can rent a TV, baby kit (cot, baby bath and high chair), bath towels and / or final cleaning.
Security deposit and tourist tax must be paid on arrival. The deposit will be returned after inventory on the day of departure (or by post the following week).
The accommodation must be left perfectly clean, otherwise a lump sum will be deducted from the deposit.
Pets will be admitted for an additional fee provided they have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and an identifying tattoo. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the residence.

At your disposal on site: basketball court, volleyball and pétanque, table tennis, laundry (paying) and outdoor parking.

Arrival and departure times:
Rental formula: arrival on Saturday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. - Departure before 10 a.m.
Escapade formula: arrival from 4 p.m. - Departure before 11 a.m.
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the residence before 6 p.m. who will tell you the procedure to follow
