The estate is dated back to the 19th Century and has been reformed in 2014, conserving ancient details and the houses' original charm. During the summer it is a refreshing experience swimming in the shared, 10m x 4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1m to 1.8m. Our small guests enjoy the children's pool (0.45m deep). Several shared terraces are the perfect scenery for a barbecue with friends and neighbours, basking in the sun on one of the loungers or using the exterior shower. In the evening, you may fancy moving back a bit and enjoy the tranquillity of the private, reed-covered terrace of the apartment. The plot has more than 32000m2 and is fenced.





Interior

The finca-agrotourism accommodate several apartments for two or four people. This specific apartment is one of the biggest ones as it can comfortably accommodate four people. Indoors, the rooms are decorated in a rustic way, with nice wooden beams and walls partly covered with natural stone. When entering the property, you'll be in the living room with sofa and TV (satellite channels available). A few steps lead you to the small kitchen with gas stove, table and basic equipment to prepare snacks. You can choose between two cozy twin bedrooms with wardrobe. A bath with bathtub is available. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.

The estate is set in the North-East of the island, 15 km from Son Serra de Marina Natural Beach. A car is necessary to explore the beautiful north coast and beaches like Colonia de Sant Pere, Playa de Muro and Can Picafort. Enjoy genuine island life in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar and Petra, try our tasty cuisine in one of the cellers or take a walk through the cobbled streets. The city of Manacor offers more amenities like supermarkets, shops and more restaurants.
