Enchanting little house near the sea, with a maximum capacity of 2 people, in s’Estanyol d’Artà.

This little house near the sea will be your special refuge during your holiday. The outside area counts with a nice garden with sun loungers, to enjoy the Mallorcan sunshine and relax in the jacuzzi (with ambient temperature water) and a furnished porch with a dining table and a barbecue, for long after-dinner conversations under the starry night. The terrain is fenced and there are neighbors nearby.

Interior

We step into the living- and dining kitchen, which counts with a sofa-bed and a dining table. There's satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The kitchenette works with a vitro hob and counts with an electric oven and all necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes during your stay, as well as a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is only one bedroom, with a double bed. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair. There is a bathroom with a shower.

Surroundings

The house is situated in a quiet coast area, not far from the sea. In the next village, Colònia Sant Pere, you will find all necessary services. The nearest beach is s’Estanyol, at only 400m from the house. It is a natural, untouched beach, with rocks and small stones, mostly visited by the locals. S’Estanyol is the perfect place for hikers, with lots of signposted tracks.
