53 Pendra Loweth is positioned in the centre of a group of purpose-built holiday cottages at the Village of Gardens near Maenporth, Falmouth.

53 Pendra Loweth has a light and airy style with an open-plan living area with patio doors to the front patio; there is a dining area and kitchen with useful breakfast bar for informal meals.

The first-floor bedrooms have shared use of a family bathroom.

Outside a south-facing patio is screened to one side and looks across to the well-tended communal gardens where children can happily play whilst parents relax on garden furniture.

On-site facilities include tennis courts, children's outdoor play areas, Jacuzzi, and an indoor splash pool (seasonal opening hours apply).

The nearby beaches of Swanpool and Maenporth are ideal for family beach days.

Take your pick of a variety of watersports on offer at Swanpool, where tuition is also available.

The popular resort and harbour town of Falmouth is two miles away and where you will find a wealth of great eateries to suit all tastes.

Visit the National Maritime Museum or step back in time at Pendennis Castle, one of England's finest surviving fortresses.

The exotic gardens at Trebah provide a wonderful day out for all ages, with easy to navigate trails through the spectacular fauna and flora that lead to a pretty beach at the base, a perfect spot for a family picnic.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. There is also a golf course.
