  • "Lovely cottage, ideal position in the heart of Portscatho."

Clean and comfy but spacious enough not to feel cramped. All amenities thought of and I am sure outside space would be lovely when there is sun too. *May be awkward with parties of six with one bedroom leading off of another.

About the location

PORTSCATHO

St Mawes 5 miles ; Truro 15 miles ; Mevagissey 13 miles

Once an important pilchard-fishing village, today Portscatho is a popular holiday destination for those seeking a traditional seaside location. Brimming with Cornish charm, there is a sandy beach and a harbour, as well as a pub, a butcher’s, a greengrocer’s and a handful of gift shops and galleries. The coastline here is most scenic, with hidden coves, secret beaches and mile upon mile of undulating coastal footpath. The village of Gerrans is just a short stroll along the shore, and the beautiful Porthcurnick beach is also accessible via the coast path from Porthscatho. Portscatho offers a holiday away from it all, with a welcoming community spirit and several annual events which everyone gets involved with – including the fish festival each August.
