  • "We had such an amazing time spending my sisters 50th birthday here."

The house is absoloutly gorgeous and the hosts can’t do enough for you. The little touches, freshly baked cake and eggs from their farm were so lovely. Everything was perfect, if I had to complain it would be that we had to leave. Can’t wait to come and stay again. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay xx

Thank you so much, it’s great that our house is being enjoyed and looked after by our lovely guests xx Property Owner

  • "Wow! What anamazing property!"

We stayed there for a family 80th birthday and the group ages were from 9 to 80. We had excellent communication from the owners prior to arriving and on arrival there were many lovely extra touches to make us feel welcome including a birthday card for the birthday girl and the fire had been lit to make arriving on such a rotten day much better!! The standard of the accommodation was amazing. We had searched really hard to find a property which accommodated 9 people and multiple dogs so were really pleased to have found Harford House. For anyone who isn't a dog owner you would never know dogs had been in there - it is spotless!! The rooms were all decorated to a very high standard. We spent the majority of time when we were in the house in the kitchen/dining area as it was a great social space for us all. The den was also a great space with the hot tub. Thank you so much for a memorable stay. We'd love to return.

Thank you so much!!!You’ve made us both quite emotional with your kind words. We love the house, it’s our pride and joy so to hear other people appreciate it as much as we do is so lovely. You would be welcomed back anytime. See you again hopefully. Property Owner

  • "The house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed."

The pictures don't do it justice in terms of the size and how beautiful it is down to the small details. The welcome pack and cake were lovely. Lisa and Adi were super friendly and helpful and were just a text away should we need anything. I would recommend Harford House to anybody and hope to return again in the future!! Thank you xx

What a lovely review, thank you so much and you were the perfect guests ! Really hope to welcome you back soon xx Property Owner

  • "We had a wonderful stay at Harford House and didn’t want to leave!"

The whole house is stunning, really well equipped and it’s clear that the owners have thought of every detail when renovating and decorating the property. The area itself is lovely, a few cosy little pubs nearby - the food at Ye Olde Red Lion is great. We will definitely be recommending Harford House to others!

  • "Hartford House is amazing, I can'trecommend it enough."

The owners have decorated it a very high standard. They have thought of everything for guest comfort, from a jar of dog treats to towels for hot tub. Their welcome gifts where outstanding and very generous. The rooms are very spacious, very comfortable beds and the open plan kitchen/dining room is where we spent most of our time, it's a really social and comfortable space with a beautiful fireplace. The garden is also beautiful, large and a separate enclosed space for dogs. The hot tub den is also amazing, a beautiful space to relax. The owners are lovely, really helpful and genuinely care about your stay. This is reflected in their attention to detail in furnishing this house and ensuring we had everything we wanted. We all loved it, I can't recommend it enough.

Thank you so much for this amazing review ! It really does mean so much to us. Property Owner

  • "Thank you for such a welcoming home."

We were here to celebrate an 80th and a 40th the house was perfect. The attention to detail surpasses our expectations even supplying fresh flowers coffee wine and delicious treats! Everything was of the best quality and we were impressed with the amount of logs provided for the fires. The hot tub area was very inviting and we had no problem with feeling cold with the heaters that were provided. We came with 4 dogs and the utility area provided us with all we needed to keep them clean in a very wet and muddy time! We would love to return in better weather to enjoy the outside area. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home we will certainly be back!

Thank you so much for your lovely comments. You were fabulous guests to have and left our family home immaculate, looking forward to seeing you again soon Property Owner

Hot tub was enjoyed by some of my party - if i had to say anything i would say a barn door or something is needed for the bad weather as area is too large to heat Will revisit as enjoyed by all and Lisa & Adrian were great hosts
