  • "Friendly and welcoming owner, very clean comfortable and well equipped accommodation."

Useful local information provided. There are a number of restaurants nearby and would recommend the Nepalese restaurant called The Bank where we enjoyed very good food and service.

  • "The Studio is in an ideal location in the town and a short stroll to the seafront it is also very quiet."

Parking is not an issue - we stayed at peak time but were able to easily park for up to 45 minutes on the road outside while we unloaded. Then we parked for £34 for the week in the car park behind which is a 2 minute walk away. The Studio is very clean with a comfy double bed and a decent sized bathroom. Although the wardrobe is a little small there are plenty of draws for storage. We didn’t eat or cook in the room but there are cooking facilities and a microwave, and loads of utensils. I think the owner has thought of absolutely everything that you could possibly need from coffee and tea, cooking oils and salt to a bathroom full of toiletries, loo rolls and cleaning products. If you feel chilly there is an electric burner style fire which will have you warm in minutes. I would definitely recommend a stay at The Studio if you want a cosy home from home in the centre of town.

Thank you so much for your lovely comments, as I'm 'new' to Sykes, it's very helpful. Thank you also for leaving everything in such good order. Property Owner
