  • "Would like a place to put drink in the lounge."

Fold-up table would be efficient and not take too much room.

Thank you. Good idea. We now have two lovely little tables either side of the settee; perfect for putting a warming hot drink on top. Property Owner

The property

A characterful, two-bedroom property with traditional thatched roof, Brewers Cottage is nestled in Kings Nympton in North Devon.

Resting in the rolling vales of Tarka County, midway between the River Taw and River Mole, Brewers Cottage is the ideal rural getaway for families of four and their furry friends.

Stepping through the front door you’ll be welcomed by a beautifully presented living room to your right, where you’ll find a cheerful space to unwind on the comfortable sofas in front of the woodburning stove after a long day exploring the countryside.

Make your way through the hallway to the charming, contemporary kitchen equipped with all you need, including a dining table that seats four and an induction hob, to cook and serve up some of your favourite dishes to your guests, before retiring to the upstairs bathroom to freshen up for some much-needed rest in either of the two well-appointed bedrooms.

The delightful village of Kings Nympton is just a short drive from the stunning beaches of the North Devon coastline and the beautiful Exmoor countryside.

You can venture out to Exmoor National Park to the north and Dartmoor to the south, where you can experience a plethora of outdoor activities for the whole family including walking, cycling, and fishing, ending the day with a tipple in the Grove Inn, less than 100m away from the cottage, serving local beers, ciders, and food (booking advised).
