  • "Well what can I say this place was absolutely gorgeous a hidden gem."

So glad we found this place. So clean comfortable and home from home. From the moment we arrived we felt that homely feeling. Faye was absolutely brilliant such a fantastic host kept in contact before our stay throughout our stay and after our stay. Nothing was to much trouble went above and beyond. Even the housekeeper patsy was lovely couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely recommend this place if your looking for a quiet relaxing stay this is the place to book. We will definitely book and stay here again when we are in England. Thank you so much for having us and making our stay perfect.

  • "A little more storage eg shelf in bathroom for toiletries consider blinds on sky lights"

It is always helpful to get constructive feedback from guests... but disappointing when there are so many things we do to make our guest's stay enjoyable, that get ignored, such as a fresh homemade bread on arrival, fresh milk in the fridge, unlimited free coffee, tea and cereal etc. We would also like to point out that both skylights are indeed fitted with blackout blinds and there is a shelf in the bathroom, albeit on the high side. We encourage guests to try and be as generous with their descriptions of their stay as possible for the benefit of following guests rather than just looking for small negative things. It is nice when guest are appreciative when hosts have made an effort. Property Owner
