  • "The property was spotlessly clean."

We found it extremely comfortable and it was very well equipped. Lovely to have nice big bath towels for instance! Booking was very easy - I spoke to a lovely lady when we booked, who was very helpful as we only booked a few days before we went. All in all, would highly recommend it as a lovely place to stay.

  • "We found that the house was moist."

The shower was not handy, because is was in a bathtub. A handle would make it usefuller and safer. to many knickknacks.

  • "We very much enjoyed our stay at Eastwood."

The flat is comfortable and well appointed. The location is in the centre of Maresfield and well placed for exploration of the surrounding area by car or by bus.

  • "This property is very high speck in every way."

. sparkling clean, well designed, spacious and very relaxing. A lot of thought went into the design and layout and definitely had a women’s vanity needs sorted. Loved having Netflix to relax to in evening. Home from home. We eat out every day so didn’t use cooking facilities but kitchen looked perfect. Just one thing. It was very difficult for both my husband and I to unlock the front door which had a double locking system i.e. 2 keys. It was a real struggle. Lock definitely needs changing. Don’t bother with Chequers next door for meal but Uckfield not far has some good eateries especially Cinema Restaurant top class food. A bit difficult to get in and out of bath for shower for a slightly older person. A support bar is necessary. Would recommend this cottage.
