  • "We had a lovely stay in SAND."

What a great sociable, light filled space , with well equipped kitchen ,really comfortable beds, sumptuous bath , star filled sky in the hot tub, that felt very private . Griff our dog had the time of his life with beaches and Weavers way walks near bye .Left feeling rejuvenated also helped by the lovely Emma and her staff looking after us so well when our car had broken down .. We would highly recommend.

  • "4 adult family members, we stayed in Sand Barn, it was well appointed with everything you need (Maybe a larger frying pan), so spacious, and very very quiet."

The road on the way in is a little 'uneven' (is being polite) but apart from that, plenty of parking. It is around 30 minutes to most places you might want to visit, so a good central hub. Only minor point was communication with the owner on arrival, as I needed the EV charging code for the Zappi charger, which wasn't in any of the e mails or welcome note, he took a lot of promoting from text messages and then Sykes to get a response. Otherwise a fantastic holiday base.

  • "Lovely place to stay."

Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 dogs No negatives from us. It’s a holiday home and has all the basics you need. It’s not a luxury cottage but it’s not marketed as a luxury cottage! Clean and tidy when we arrived. The kitchen tap developed a leak. This was fixed on the same day it was reported Great location. Lovely and quiet . Pretty views. In easy reach of everything! The hot tub was good too Boat trip from Horning was fun and worth doing Fish and chips from Walcott were amazing (Kingfisher- preorder to collect as huge queues) Tesco delivered our shopping to the door!

  • "Really enjoyed our stay."

Was clean and spacious for 5 people and a dog. Nice appliances at the location. A nice egg farm opposite the location, which I took advantage of. Friendly neighbours and not too far from a couple of beaches which was nice to see. Overall a really nice place to stay. Only one drawback was the quality of WiFi, I was on call with work and the quality of WiFi wasn't the best, so just one thing to bare if you are going to be possibly working.

  • "A lovely house good privacy - the surrounding plot is undeveloped so a bit scruffy but the house and location are super."

little things no dishwasher or washing machine tablets or mop bucket. nothing major - great access to the Norfolk coast and broads

  • "We loved our stay."

It is a really unusual, spacious property with super comfortable beds and really clean rooms. We loved having the small enclosed garden to let our dog out. The hot tub took a day and a half to heat up, but once done, it was a brilliant feature. There are no curtains or blinds in the living area, so you feel a bit exposed...especially if the neighbours are in their garden. We had a brilliant time and would definitely go back.
