  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week."

We found the property really well presented and clean. There was an issue with the front door not locking, which was resolved very promptly. The staff were very professional and when my husband mentioned he liked the Tall Ships Event, we had a knock at the door shortly afterwards to advise us there would be a cottage available for this year's event if we wanted to get it booked in quickly. We thought the bag of cornish items was a really lovely touch. We will definitely consider staying here again when we visit family in Cornwall in the future. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your review and choosing to stay with us. I'm glad we could get you in for the Tall Ships.. they're defintiely not to be missed! Izi, property manager Property Owner

  • "The cottage is set in beautiful surroundings."

It was clean and comfortable. The management team on site were friendly and helpful. The cottage is due to be refurbished later this year. It is listed as dog friendly, but there is a huge list before arrival and in the welcome folder of what the expectations are. It implies that dogs are tolerated rather than welcome. The welcome pack on arrival including tea and coffee was a nice gesture.

Thank you so much for your feedback - we're glad that you enjoyed your stay here. We love having dogs here at Tresooth, we definitely welcome them rather than tolerate them.. we'll have a look in to our welcome folders and see what changes can be made - thank you for making us aware of this!
