It s a breeding site for seals so if you go during the winter (November early January) you re likely to see the seal pups that are born there. Blakeney is also an excellent place for birdwatching. Alternatively visitors may like to try their hand at crabbing a perpetually popular activity with guests of all ages and rather a relaxing way to spend an afternoon by the water. Food lovers are spoilt for choice from the Michelin starred restaurant Morston Hall (1 mile) to an array of local pubs restaurants and delis. For a little country exploration head inland to the Holt Country Park (7 miles) or down the coast to Sheringham Park (9 miles) away. Further away you ll find the majestic Holkham Hall & Estate. Warham where this property is situated is a pretty village located close to Norfolk s picturesque north coast. The characterful village pub just a short 0.3-mile walk from the cottage is a delightful place to pop into for a pint but it would be a shame to miss out on sampling its signature home-baked pies.
